ICLC General Assembly


The ICLC General Assembly is  ICLC's Governing Body.


International Centre for Local Credit has its General Assembly every 1, 5 year. The General Assembly is the ICLC governing body where the members identify and set in place the organisation’s long and short term strategy. Decisions are taken through consent.
The General Assemblies take place in at the same time as the ICLC Conference. During the General Assebmly the ICLC Secretary General and its Executive Committee are elected.


The General Assembly approves of the accounts, as prepared by the organisation’s treasurer. It also approves of the future budget. Added to this the General Assembly welcomes any new members and identifies new members to be contacted, it also decides the venue for the next General Assembly as well as for the Staff meeting held in the interim.
